As a female telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers and promote our products or services. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Your duties will include:
1. Making outbound calls to potential customers and introducing them to our products or services.

2. Providing information about our products or services and answering any questions that customers may have.

3. Building rapport with customers and establishing a positive relationship with them.

4. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating our customer database.

5. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.

6. Following up with customers who have expressed interest in our products or services.

7. Handling customer complaints and resolving them in a professional manner.

8. Collaborating with team members to achieve team targets and goals.

9. Staying up-to-date on our products or services and industry trends.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a positive attitude. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have good time management skills, and be able to handle rejection.
