- **Sales Closure**: They strive to convert leads into sales by overcoming objections, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- **Data Management**: Telemarketers often record details of calls, including customer interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes, in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system for future reference and analysis.
