Job Opportunity: Experienced Visa Immigration Telecalling Professional

**Responsibilities**:
1. Handle incoming customer calls promptly and accurately, offering comprehensive information about our range of products and services.

2. Address customer inquiries and grievances with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt resolution.

3. Process orders and payments efficiently over the phone, maintaining meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions.

4. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, effectively promoting our offerings.

5. Manage both inbound and outbound calls, encompassing responding to customer inquiries and initiating promotional calls to potential clients.

**Key Duties**:
1. Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls: Undertake the responsibility of managing incoming calls from customers, addressing their queries, and initiating outbound calls to introduce our products or services.

2. Providing Information and Assistance: Offer comprehensive assistance by addressing customer queries, providing detailed information about our offerings, and assisting customers in resolving issues or concerns effectively.

3. Resolving Customer Complaints and Concerns: Demonstrate the ability to empathetically listen to customer complaints, striving to resolve issues promptly and efficiently by escalating when necessary or collaborating with relevant departments for resolution.

**Skills Requirements**:
1. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and address customer needs.

2. Proficient in delivering outstanding customer service, demonstrating the capacity to navigate challenging situations with diplomacy and professionalism.

3. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

4. Proficiency in computer operations and data entry, ensuring swift and accurate processing of information.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
