As a Real Estate Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our properties and real estate services, generating leads, and building a strong brand presence in the market. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure successful property sales and maintain a strong online and offline presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties, attract clients, and generate new leads.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on real estate trends, competitive activities, and customer preferences.
- Organize and coordinate property viewings, open houses, and other promotional events.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and alignment on marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders in the industry.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
- Assist in designing promotional materials, brochures, and advertisements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging marketing content.
- A 2-wheeler with a valid driving license is required for client visits and site tours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
