**Job Title: Marketing Executive**

**Location**: Hubballi-Dharwad **Type**: Full-time, On-site **Experience**: 0-4 Years Preferred **Languages**: Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services effectively.
- **Content Creation**: Design and produce engaging marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales goals and ensure cohesive messaging.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- **Vendor and Partner Management**: Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (BBA/MBA preferred).
- **Experience**: 0-4 years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and content management systems.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market trends and campaign performance data to inform strategies.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking skills with an eye for design and detail.
- **Teamwork**: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to travel for events and client meetings as required.
