**Roles & Responsibilities**
- **Develop and execute strategies** to generate business with both new and existing clients, focusing on bench placements for IT professionals.
- **Build and maintain strong relationships** with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers in the US IT industry.
- **Track and analyze key metrics** (e.g., placement success rate, time-to-hire, client satisfaction) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- **Provide mentorship and guidance** to junior recruiters and sales staff, sharing best practices and strategies for successful bench placement.
- **Work onsite in Kukatpally, Hyderabad** from 9am EST to 5pm EST (USA, New York Time Zone).
**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**.
- Expertise in **placing bench IT professionals in the US** across a variety of roles, particularly for US-based clients.
- **Proven business development experience**, including acquiring new clients, understanding their hiring needs, and managing long-term relationships.
- **Familiarity with US work authorization types** (H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.) and processes for visa sponsorship.
- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills**.
- Experience **mentoring junior team members** and contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.
- Ability to **track and analyze recruitment metrics** such as placement rates and time-to-hire to continually refine strategies.
- **Familiarity with the US IT staffing landscape**, including industry-specific roles and salary benchmarks.
- **Ability to form and manage your own recruitment team** focused on bench sales in the US IT staffing space.
**Good to Have**:
- **Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration**, or a related field.
- **Certifications in recruitment**, such as AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter.
- Experience with **advanced sourcing strategies**, including social media and niche job boards.
- **Experience in building and leading teams** in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
