**Hiring Executive - Food Technologist**
**Department**: R&D
**Location**: Chennai - Alwarpet
**Qualification**:B.Tech - Food Technology / Food Engineering / M.Sc Food Science and Nutrition
**Experience**: 2 Years _(In spices industry)_

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the formulation, and development of new food products.
- Develop and optimize recipes considering factors such as taste, texture, nutritional value, shelf life, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure that all products meet regulatory standards, food safety requirements, and quality specifications.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct product testing and validation.
- Performs lab-level cooking for the developing products.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of product against market sample.
- Necessary RM materialidentification, selection and approval.
- Manage trail data and necessary documentation work.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
