**We're Hiring: Food Technologist - Not the Curry**

Join **Not the Curry**, a brand revolutionizing traditional regional cuisine with ready-to-eat and instant meal solutions. We're looking for a **Food Technologist** to lead product development, ensuring high-quality, authentic flavors while maintaining food safety and regulatory compliance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine recipes for our **5-Minute Breakfast** and ready-to-eat product range.
- Oversee the retort process and packaging innovation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and shelf-life optimization.
- Collaborate with chefs and production teams for consistent product quality.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in **Food Technology/Food Science** or related field.
- Experience in **retort processing, food safety, and shelf-life studies** preferred.
- Passion for **authentic Indian cuisine** and innovative food solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
