Job Title: HR Recruiter - BPO Industry (International Hiring Specialist)

As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a skilled HR Recruiter with expertise in international hiring to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to international hiring in the BPO industry.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to international hiring and recruitment.

Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably in the BPO industry with a focus on international hiring.

Strong understanding of international recruitment practices, including sourcing, screening, and selection processes.

Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to international hiring.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS).

Experience working with remote teams or managing virtual recruitment processes.

Fluency in additional languages, particularly those commonly spoken in the regions where we operate.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
