Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Ovum Hospital's services and facilities.
- Identify and target potential clients, including individuals, families, referring physicians, and corporate partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities, including online marketing, social media, and community events.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including medical staff, administration, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, presentations, and reports to management and key stakeholders.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in sales and marketing.
- Represent Ovum Hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques, including digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,942.94 - ₹50,000.01 per month
