**Hiring Guest Service Executive (Premium Cafe)**
**Age criteria: Below 25 yrs only**
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Service Executive to join our team In this role, you will be the face of our cafe, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every guest.
**Responsibilities**:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them promptly.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, using a Point-of-Sale system (POS) if applicable.
Ensure menus are up-to-date, clean, and readily available to guests.
Answer guest questions about the menu, beverages, and cafe offerings.
Prepare food and beverage orders according to established procedures, ensuring quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and inviting dining area, including wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking condiments.
Process payments accurately and efficiently.
Cash up register at the end of shift and reconcile transactions.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Contribute to a positive and friendly work environment.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service role (cafe preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A positive and friendly demeanor.
Team player with a willingness to help colleagues.
Basic computer skills (if using a POS system).
Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹19,500.00 per month
