**Job Purpose**:Achieves and maintains operations quality objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews
- Implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits; determining system improvements; and implementing change
- Maintains and improves department quality by conducting regular audits
- Deliver feedback for the audits conducted
- Ensure adherence to SLAs & highlight the gaps/lapses and carry out a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to reduce the gap and increase compliance
- Making recommendations for quality and process improvement.
- Responsible for the overall enhancement and improvement of the organisation by utilising proven auditing techniques to improve services
- Enhances department and organisation reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. **Minimum Education**:Any Graudate **Skills**:

- Working knowledge of methods and concepts of quality process
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of MS-Excel (Formulas, Data validation, Data collection, Analysis etc)
- Basic Knowledge of PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail
- A great team player with the ability to work with mínimal supervision **Experience**:Relevant Profile experience - 2 Years

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
