**Key Responsibilities**:

- **
PI Planning**:

- Identify techniques for product goal definition and effective product backlog management through Program Increment (PI) planning
- Ensure a timely update to both India and International business teams on the active developments and delays
- Support the team in defining better estimates prior to PI calls to ensure effective planning
- Maintain a funnel, backlog and sprint views for respective microservices to ensure that team does not over or under commits
- ** Sprint Planning**:

- Help the teams in maintaining a groomed and prioritized backlog for their respective microservices
- Facilitate planning for features spreading across services to ensure seamless, on time delivery
- Support teams in task prioritization, estimation and sprint plan to achieve high value releases
- Define sprint metrics to evaluate the performance and help take corrective course of action to optimise productivity
- Ensure prioritization of tasks in case of shifting priorities and AdHoc requests
- Understand impact of roadblocks, create a sense of urgency, implement effective risk response plans
- Facilitate daily standups, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives to establish a better process
- ** Cross functional communications**
- Identify and manage interdependencies amongst multiple teams to define clear deliverables for the teams
- Maintain clear communication with business team and provide timely updates on active developments or delays
- Ensure the participation of the Product Owner and stakeholders to the events when needed
- Ensure both Product Owner, business and tech actively participate in decision making regarding commitment to scope and schedule

**Education and Technical qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within a tech organization
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
- Strong understanding of agile principles, Scrum framework, and software development lifecycle
- Proficient in agile tools such as JIRA
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team and with cross-functional departments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
