Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and values.
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles, Scrum processes, and industry standards.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth workflow and progress.
- Shield the team from distractions and unnecessary mid-sprint changes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage sprint backlog and product roadmap.
- Coordinate deployment releases while maintaining quality standards.
- Provide ongoing training and mentoring to Agile coaches and team members.
- Analyze current processes and help implement future-state improvements.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for optimization, and track progress through Agile metrics.

Role Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Trello.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and servant leadership skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or SAFe Scrum Master certification is preferred.
- Experience working in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Background in software development, DevOps, or cloud technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
