**About Us**:
The SF Group today, is considered as one of the reliable business houses in India serving the têxtile industry. Having started as a trader of imported têxtile dyes and chemicals in 1954, we have carried on that tradition and grown with, and continue to represent leading companies in the industry like Atul and Archroma.

We pioneered the manufacturing of eco-friendly sulphur dyes in India at our multi-purpose dyes and chemicals facility in Karnataka. SF has since then diversified its portfolio with several other ventures in the têxtile and chemical industry, from liquid indigo to sustainable yarns.

SF’s team is spread over its various locations, which is led by young third generation owner managers. A well-defined marketing structure is in place for our Trading division as well as for our Manufacturing division - each outfitted to function independently. Currently SF has 50 distributors across the nation and has also been successful in marketing its products across the globe.

**Reports To: Director**

**Role Overview**:The **CEO/ Business Head**will be responsible for **driving the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence**of SF Dyes. This role requires a **visionary leader**with deep expertise in the **têxtile chemicals, dyes and specialty chemicals industry**, a strong business acumen, and the ability to scale operations while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth**

✔ Develop and execute **long-term business strategies**to strengthen SF’ market position.

✔ Identify and capitalize on **growth opportunities**in existing and new verticals.

✔ Drive **revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies**.

**2. Market Expansion & Customer Engagement**

✔ Strengthen relationships with **key customers, distributors, and partners**.

✔ Drive PAN India **market expansion initiatives**

✔ Oversee **customer-centric strategies**to enhance brand loyalty and service excellence.

**3. Sales & Business Development Leadership**

✔ Work closely with the **Team**to achieve revenue targets.

✔ Ensure the effective placement and promotion of **SF’s product portfolio**in the market.

✔ Oversee **pricing, competitive positioning, and new product introductions**.

**4. Innovation & Industry Leadership**

✔ Drive **sustainability initiatives**and the development of **eco-friendly solutions**.

✔ Stay ahead of **market trends, changes, and technological advancements**.

✔ Encourage a culture of **continuous improvement and innovation**.

**5. Team Leadership & Organizational Excellence**

✔ Build and mentor a **high-performing leadership team**.

✔ Foster a culture of **accountability, collaboration, and excellence**.

✔ Align **Operations and Finance**with strategic business objectives.

**6. Financial & Operational Management**

✔ Oversee **P&L, cost optimization, and resource allocation**.

✔ Ensure **strong governance, compliance, and risk management**.

✔ Drive digital transformation and process improvements for **operational efficiency**.

Key Qualifications & Experience:
**Industry Expertise**:Strong background in **Textile Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, or related industries**.

**Leadership Experience**:Minimum **15+ years**in senior leadership roles, with proven ability to drive growth.

**Business Acumen**:Experience in **P&L management, strategic planning, and market expansion**.

**Educational Background: MBA/Textile/Chemical Technology**preferred.

**Mindset**:Visionary, growth-driven, and passionate about **scaling businesses**.
