We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Personal Assistant (PA) to the School Principal** who has a solid understanding of the **CBSE curriculum**, is well-versed with **UDISE+**, and has experience handling **government and education department-related work**. The PA will work **closely with the Principal** on all school-related activities, appointments, communications, and compliance tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

**Administrative & Scheduling Support**
- Manage the Principal’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, school events, and inspections.
- Handle official communication, documentation, and correspondence on behalf of the Principal.

**CBSE Curriculum Coordination**
- Assist in maintaining and organizing all CBSE-related documentation.
- Stay updated with CBSE guidelines, circulars, and ensure timely compliance.
- Coordinate with academic coordinators to support curriculum implementation and inspections.

**Government & Compliance Work**
- Manage and update **UDISE+ portal** data and ensure accurate submissions.
- Handle all documentation related to **DEO, CBSE, education boards, and affiliations**.
- Coordinate with government and education department officials for audits, inspections, and policy updates.

**Coordination & Communication**
- Act as the liaison between the Principal and staff, parents, and external bodies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks delegated by the Principal.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all school-related matters.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any stream; education/management preferred).
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** as a PA or administrator in a CBSE-affiliated school.
- Strong knowledge of **CBSE curriculum structure, compliance, and formats**.
- Hands-on experience with **UDISE+, affiliation process, and government school reporting**.
- Excellent command of English and Hindi (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic school management software.
- Strong interpersonal, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Discreet, reliable, and highly organized.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working directly with school leadership or principal’s office.
- Familiarity with school ERP systems and CBSE digital platforms.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time, school-based.
- May require flexibility during peak periods (exams, inspections, school events).

Pay: ₹10,493.63 - ₹37,314.83 per month
