Personal & Technical Assistant to the School Founder

Job Description:
ABODE School is seeking for a Personal and Technical Secretary who will provide high-level administrative and technical support to the School Founder. This role involves managing schedules, communications, meetings, and documentation, along with handling technology-related tasks such as data management, presentations, and digital correspondence. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
* Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
*Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
*Organize and prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
*Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks.
*Maintain confidential files and records.
*Liaise with internal departments, staff, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
2. Technical & Digital Responsibilities
*Prepare professional documents, PowerPoint presentations, and Excel reports.
*Maintain and update digital records, files, and databases.
*Assist in managing the Founder's digital communications and social media (if applicable).
*Coordinate online meetings, webinars, and virtual events.
*Support with technology-related issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth digital operations.
3. Project Coordination
*Assist the Founder in planning and tracking school projects and initiatives.
*Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
*Compile and analyze data for decision-making and reporting purposes.
4. Communication & Relationship Management
*Draft professional letters, circulars, and emails on behalf of the Founder.
*Maintain positive relationships with parents, staff, and external partners.
*Represent the Founder in meetings or communications when required.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
*Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, English, IT, or related field).
*3–7 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar role.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong organizational and time management abilities.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
*Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
*Tech-savvy, adaptable, and proactive.
*Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Attributes:
*Experience in an educational or institutional setup.
*Familiarity with school management systems and ERP tools.
*Ability to multitask and work under pressure with minimal supervision
