**Responsibilities**
- Teach **English Language and Literature** as per the CBSE curriculum for Grades 9 & 10.
- Prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with **NCERT/CBSE guidelines**.
- Evaluate and monitor student performance through classwork, tests, projects, and assessments.
- Maintain lesson plans, student progress records, and academic documentation.
- Prepare students for **CBSE Board Exams (Class 10)** through practice papers and remedial support.
- Foster strong skills in **reading, writing, grammar, speaking, and critical thinking**.
- Create a **positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment**.
- Support and organize **co-curricular literary activities** such as debates, elocution, and competitions.
- Collaborate with peers, attend staff meetings, and participate in school development programs.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in English** (required)
- **B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education)** - mandatory as per CBSE norms

**Experience**
- Minimum **2-4 years** of teaching experience in a **CBSE-affiliated school** at the **secondary level (Grades 9-10)**.
- Proven ability to prepare students for **Class 10 Board Exams**.

- Excellent command of **English grammar, literature, and communication skills**:

- Effective **classroom management and student engagement** strategies
- Proficiency in **digital teaching tools** (smart boards, Google Classroom, MS Teams, etc.)
