- Should be familiar with payroll, invoices and cost report preparations.
- Should demonstrate interest in managing accounting activities, including
accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Should have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle
time-sensitive tasks.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of our financial transactions and
procedures.
- Invoicing of India, Philippines and Malaysia
- Payment follow up, preparation and transferring of salaries (India, Nigeria,
Kenya, Malaysia) and checking of Philippines salaries
- Updation of accounts on the company website MyGLIT
- Generating Cost Report
- Accounting of clients
- Making personal payments and other bill payments
- Assisting the Assistant Manager in India Invoicing and billing for tax purpose
- Contracting
- Making changes and rectification in the company website
Those with good experience into Finance and International accounting and compliances Designation and salary would be even higher
