Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Fresher or Experienced)

**Job Description**:
As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential clients and promoting our product offerings. This position offers an exciting opportunity for freshers to kickstart their careers in the dynamic field of IT sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting Product Demonstrations: Effectively demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits that address their specific needs and pain points.
- Building Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements, build trust, and position our products as valuable solutions to their business challenges.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software or other designated tools.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to drive cohesive sales initiatives and achieve collective goals.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about our product offerings, industry best practices, and sales techniques through ongoing training sessions and professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory (by personal vehicle) as required.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
