**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic social media marketing plans to enhance brand awareness.
- Create and curate engaging content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Manage company profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential leads through targeted social media outreach.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Use LinkedIn networking and direct outreach to generate high-quality leads.
- Implement and monitor paid advertising campaigns on social media to drive traffic and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM with relevant details.

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in social media marketing and lead generation is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging content and outreach messages.
- Knowledge of advertising on platforms like Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better engagement and lead conversion.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to experimenting with new marketing tactics.
