Position Overview:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (images, videos, text, stories, reels) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and relevant social communities to foster relationships and build a strong online presence.
- Track social media trends, emerging platforms, and content formats to keep the brand current and innovative.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with larger marketing initiatives.
- Analyze key metrics and social media performance to measure the success of organic campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and strategies for growth.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices for organic reach and engagement.
- Monitor user-generated content and partner with influencers, where appropriate, to increase brand exposure.
- Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts organically for brands or businesses.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic growth.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.) - Good to have this but not restricted to
- Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Attention to detail and excellent time-management skills.
- Experience with influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
