**About Company**

**Position Overview**

Receptionist/Admin are often a client’s primary point of contact with a company. They need to manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries, provide product/services information, generate sales leads that develop into new customers, identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. They need to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Other duties include back office documentation & accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming phone calls & pitch the right company programs to customers.
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

**Work Schedule**
- Will be an 8 Hours shift. Should be available to work on weekends.
- Weekly off on one day between Monday-Friday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Churchgate, Mumbai - 400020, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
