We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in New Delhi, India and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing strategist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing strategist, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing team, overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to clients and the management team.
- Manage a team of digital marketing professionals and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to help them achieve their goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and proactively recommend new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, account management, etc.) to ensure that digital marketing campaigns are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing and mentoring high-performing digital marketing teams.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex digital marketing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹11,472.17 - ₹71,871.05 per month
