About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a **freelance performance marketing pro** who can jump in and deliver powerful results across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. If you're a data-driven marketer who loves seeing the direct impact of your work and enjoys the flexibility of project-based work, this role is for you

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategize, set up, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver campaign insights that drive ROI.
- Run A/B tests to find winning ad creatives, audience sets, and bidding strategies.
- Work closely with our internal creative team to ensure ads are engaging and conversion-optimized.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with budget expectations and performance goals.
- Provide clear and timely performance reports for each project.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Proven success in ROI-driven marketing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of ad platform mechanics, targeting, bidding, and funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.

Compensation:

- **Project-based payments** (based on campaign scope, complexity, and budget).
