To increase sales by Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction, and promote business.
- **ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY**:

- 1. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- 2. Actively seek out new sales opportunities, networking and social media.
- 3. Handles cold calling, counselling calls, outbound calls & inbound calls.
- 4. Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants of the customers.
- 5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- 7. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- 8. Aiming to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
- 9. Record daily activity reports on software.
- **DESIRED SKILLS**:

- 1. Fluent in English as well as Hindi.
- 3. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- 4. Sales skills & ability to work without supervision.
- 5. Good computer skills should have their own laptop.
- 6. Gentle and polite with good listening skills and Never giving up attitude.
- 7. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- 8. Fast learner and passionate for sales
- 9. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- 10. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- 11. Knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoints
- 12. Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹32,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
