Job Description:

Aanandi Technosoft LLP is hiring a Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, confident on calls, and capable of lead handling and closing effectively. You'll play a key role in reaching out to potential customers and converting leads into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Clearly explain our products/services to potential leads.
  • Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain records of calls, lead status, and client interactions.
  • Participate in online meetings via Google Meet when required.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and closure targets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  • Comfortable using Google Meet and basic online tools.
  • Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
