**Job Summary**:
As a College Admissions Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents to provide information on college admission processes and programs. You will use your communication skills to establish a rapport with students and parents, and guide them through the college admission process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information on college admission processes and programs.
- Maintain a database of prospective students and follow up with them on a regular basis to provide support and guidance throughout the admission process.
- Schedule appointments for college admission counselors to meet with prospective students and parents.
- Provide guidance to prospective students and parents on selecting the right program, choosing courses, and planning their career paths.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest admission trends and changes in the college admission process.
- Provide accurate and timely information to prospective students and parents regarding financial aid, scholarships, and other funding opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and interactions with prospective students and parents.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective students and parents.
- Proven experience in telecalling, preferably in a college admissions setting.
- Knowledge of college admission processes and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and database management.
- A passion for education and a strong commitment to helping students achieve their educational goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
