**Roles & Responsibility**:

- Assisting the manager in coordinating and overseeing the daily activities of the dispatch department.
- Ensuring that all dispatch operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Supervising to ensure that they are meeting performance standards and following company policies.
- Scheduling and assigning work to dispatchers to ensure that all duties are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring and analyzing dispatch data and reports to identify areas for improvement and to ensure that departmental goals are met.
- Communicating with customers, drivers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure that dispatch operations run smoothly.
- Identifying and resolving issues related to dispatch operations, such as delayed shipments, and providing solutions to improve the dispatch process.
- Maintaining accurate records of dispatch activities, including driver logs, delivery schedules, and equipment maintenance records.
- Developing and implementing dispatch policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to dispatch operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
