**Job Summary**

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Executive to oversee the dispatch operations for our garment production and e-commerce business. The role requires ensuring accurate and timely shipment of orders, maintaining high standards of quality, and optimizing processes to support fast-paced e-commerce operations.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- E-commerce Order Fulfillment.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and dispatch of online orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Monitor and manage order processing in coordination with e-commerce platforms.
- Garment Dispatch Management
- Oversee the dispatch of finished garments to warehouses, retail outlets, or distribution centers.
- Verify that garments meet quality standards, are correctly labeled, and are appropriately packaged before shipment.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Generate and verify invoices, shipping labels, and packing slips for online and offline orders.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and delivery statuses.
- Vendor and Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with courier partners, shipping vendors, and transport providers for efficient logistics management.
- Negotiate delivery schedules and resolve delays or issues with service providers.
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and readiness for dispatch.
- Report stock shortages or discrepancies promptly.
- Customer Support Collaboration
- Assist customer service teams in tracking shipments and resolving order-related issues.
- Provide status updates for delayed or misplaced deliveries.
- Process Improvement
- Identify areas for operational improvements in dispatch workflows and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Implement automation tools and practices for e-commerce order handling.
- Compliance and Standards
- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in dispatch operations, preferably in the garment or e-commerce industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart) and logistics software.
- Strong understanding of garment packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office tools.
- Skills and Competencies
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
- Knowledge of transport and logistics regulations.
- Work Conditions
- Based in the warehouse or garment production facility.
- Flexible to work extended hours during peak sales seasons (e.g., festive periods or sales campaigns).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
