### **पद का नाम**: मार्केटिंग एग्जीक्यूटिव ### **उद्देश्य**: विद्यालय के क्षेत्र में प्रचार-प्रसार करना, अभिभावकों को विद्यालय की सुविधाओं और विशेषताओं के प्रति जागरूक करना, तथा विद्यालय में छात्रों के प्रवेश को बढ़ावा देना। ### **प्रमुख जिम्मेदारियां**: 1. **स्कूल की ब्रांडिंग**: - विद्यालय की विशेषताओं (अत्याधुनिक सुविधाएं, योग्य शिक्षकों, स्मार्ट क्लासेज, अनुशासन आदि) को प्रभावी ढंग से प्रस्तुत करना। - पंपलेट, बैनर, पोस्टर और डिजिटल प्रचार सामग्री तैयार करना और वितरित करना। 2. **अभिभावकों से संपर्क**: - क्षेत्र में घर-घर जाकर अभिभावकों से संवाद करना। - विद्यालय की एडमिशन प्रक्रिया और लाभकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी प्रदान करना। 3. **इवेंट्स का आयोजन**: - क्षेत्र में जागरूकता अभियान, सेमिनार, और अभिभावकों की मीटिंग्स आयोजित करना। - स्कूल परिसर में ओपन हाउस और कैम्प्स का प्रबंधन करना। 4. **डिजिटल मार्केटिंग**: - सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म्स (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp आदि) का उपयोग कर ऑनलाइन प्रचार करना। - वेबसाइट और गूगल लिस्टिंग को अपडेट रखना। 5. **रिपोर्टिंग और फीडबैक**: - प्रतिदिन का कार्य विवरण और परिणाम प्रधानाचार्य/प्रबंधन को प्रस्तुत करना। - अभिभावकों के सुझावों और प्रतिक्रियाओं को रिकॉर्ड करना। 6. **संबंध बनाना**: - स्थानीय व्यवसायियों, कोचिंग संस्थानों, और सामुदायिक नेताओं से संबंध स्थापित करना। - क्षेत्रीय कार्यक्रमों और मेलों में भाग लेना। ### **आवश्यक योग्यताएं**: - उत्कृष्ट संवाद कौशल। - क्षेत्रीय भाषा और हिंदी में प्रवीणता। - सोशल मीडिया और डिजिटल मार्केटिंग का ज्ञान। - बाइक/स्कूटी और स्मार्टफोन का उपयोग करने की क्षमता। ### **अनुभव**: 1-2 वर्ष का मार्केटिंग अनुभव (शिक्षा क्षेत्र में अनुभव को प्राथमिकता)। ### **पारिश्रमिक**: - मासिक वेतन + प्रदर्शन आधारित प्रोत्साहन। ### **कार्य क्षेत्र**: विद्यालय से 10 किमी के दायरे में प्रचार-प्रसार। ### **कार्य समय**: सुबह 9:00 बजे से शाम 5:00 बजे तक (आवश्यकता के अनुसार समय में बदलाव हो सकता है)।

**Job Type**: फ़ुल-टाइम

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
