Understand and demonstrate the sales process and utilization of sales tools to maximize leads and generate new business
- Supervise the timely pickup, cleaning, pressing, and delivery of hotel linen and uniforms, and guest clothing to meet business plan goals and objectives
- Maintain adequate supply of clean linen for guest rooms and F&B outlets by monitoring inventory levels, anticipating demands, controlling production, and maintaining necessary chemicals and supplies
- Supervise and support staff engaged in cleaning, pressing and delivery activities
- Receive, investigate and follow-up on all customer complaints
- Inspect facilities and equipment to ensure operating conditions are at acceptable levels
- Leads laundry service departments
- Oversee the Laundry operations
- Hold pre-shift meetings to ensure that the Laundry team is aware of the day’s tasks, safety of the day and any other miscellaneous information to ensure successful operations
- Provide direct management and strategy to Linen and Laundry Services

Qualifications for laundry manager
- Manage the laundry operations to include all guest room/suite linens and all linens for multiple outlets and catering/convention facilities, fabric repairs, and/or guest dry cleaning services to ensure product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to hotel guests according to hotel and company business objectives
- Progressive career in Laundry Operations in a 5 star hotel with at least 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
- High education (i.e, Business,...)
- At least 3 to 5 years of job experience in the area of sales
- Proven track record in B2B sales and sales management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
