**Setting up and operating printing machines**:This includes configuring the machine according to job specifications, loading materials (paper, ink, etc.), and adjusting settings for optimal performance.
- **Monitoring print quality**:Regularly inspecting printed materials to ensure they meet the required standards for color accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- **Performing routine maintenance**:Cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs to the printing equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operation.
- **Troubleshooting issues**:Identifying and resolving problems with the printing process, such as misprints, paper jams, or mechanical malfunctions.
- **Maintaining a safe and clean work environment**:Following safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and keeping the work area tidy.
- **Collaborating with team members**:Working with other operators, supervisors, and designers to ensure timely and accurate completion of print jobs.
- **Keeping accurate records**:Documenting production metrics, such as job details, material usage, and any issues encountered.

Essential Skills:

- **Technical knowledge**: Understanding the mechanics of printing presses and the printing process.
- **Attention to detail**: Ensuring high-quality results by carefully monitoring print quality and making necessary adjustments.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- **Mechanical aptitude**: Ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
- **Communication skills**: Effectively communicating with team members and supervisors.
- **Physical stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require physical effort.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
