Key Responsibilities:

- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to gather project details, including chair specifications, delivery dates, and installation schedules.
- Develop comprehensive installation plans and timelines for each project.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate the delivery of auditorium chairs and related materials to customer sites.
- Ensure the availability of necessary tools and equipment for installation teams.
- Installation Supervision: Oversee installation teams, ensuring they adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot any installation issues and provide on-site solutions as needed.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress and address any concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any installation-related inquiries.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of project details, including chair configurations, installation expenses, and timelines.
- Generate installation reports and provide updates to the management team.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections to ensure the installed chairs meet our quality standards and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Degree in any field; additional education or training in project management is a plus.
- Proven experience in project coordination or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to customer sites as required.

**Salary**: 18000-25000 Per Month.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
