**Responsibilities**
- Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Reservation System Management: Assist in managing the reservation system by updating availability, rates, and guest information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure all reservations are handled professionally and ethically.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Reservations Manager, including data entry, record keeping, and filing.

**Requirements**:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer service or reservations role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Organization and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in reservation processing and documentation.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reservation management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on your feet and find appropriate solutions to customer inquiries and issues.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, as the nature of the hospitality industry requires.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
