**Job Role: Social Media Marketing Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy & Execution**
- Plan, create, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Schedule regular posts and manage content calendars.

**Content Creation**
- Design creative visuals, thumbnails, and promotional material using Canva or similar tools.
- Basic video editing for reels, shorts, and YouTube videos.

**YouTube & Video Marketing**
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, and thumbnails for better reach.
- Grow and manage the ConsoleCoder YouTube channel

**Audience Engagement & Community Management**
- Actively participate in niche forums, groups, and communities to promote brand awareness.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential users and influencers.

**Growth Hacking**
- Identify opportunities to reach new audiences and engage with potential customers.
- Run small-scale paid promotions and track performance (a plus).

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Monitor and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
- Suggest improvements based on analytics and trends.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Good knowledge of **digital & social media marketing**:

- Proficiency with **Canva** or any basic graphic design tool
- **Basic video editing** (using any tools like CapCut, Premiere Rush, etc.)
- Familiarity with **YouTube content marketing**:

- Excellent communication and community engagement skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the brand

**Good to Have (Optional but Preferred)**:

- Understanding of SEO basics
- Experience with ad tools (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads)
- Exposure to trading or fintech communities (preferred, not required)

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
