**Staff Augmentation Sales & HR Recruiter**
The primary function of this role is to accelerate the growth of sales in the Staff augmentation Model.
- We need HR who can run an employee augmentation business
- Screening and Shortlisting profiles from Job portals,
- Scan job sites for requirements and contact our clients for the same
- Hire on basis of client requirement
- Referencing networking, and job hunting.
- Define and develop lead generation through various channels for new accounts and also penetrate existing accounts.
- Assign available staff to projects based on their skills and experience and understand stakeholders of your area/department and their needs.
- Present company service offerings to prospective clients and create proposals for providing IT staffing services to prospective clients
- needs.
Coordinate with Recruiting Fulfillment Team to set up customized services according to clients
- specifications.
- Comfortable with performing Outbound and Inbound calls and delivering professional, formal presentations.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
**Technical Competences**
- Successful in building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
- Experience managing key customer relationships and closing strategic opportunities
- Close and manage enterprise-level clients with excellent presentation skills.
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Must be able to bring/generate business from US clients for contract / permanent staffing
- Must have good communication with existing US clients' business managers and should be able to bring business
- Business Development & Client Relationship Management with US corporate/MNC companies for both contract & permanent staff
- Responsible for generating client's business opportunities / business growth
- Must be able to make good sales pitch to US prospective clients
- Visiting / cold calling the US clients to establish business relationships, signing business agreements/contracts
- Identify US clients' business needs & business challenges - in advance, forecast requirements, and work on customized requirements and delivering the
**Service solutions**
- Gathering Market Intelligence: To search on internet and other relevant sources to check latest contract awards and other developments
- Supervising/Tracking the related billings/invoices/timesheets
- Coordinate with the management team and ensure required information for the project is sent to the client
- Monitoring market activities and provide relevant market research reports/business forecast and sales cycle as required
- Willing to travel to US clients' locations on needful basis
**Experience, Qualifications, Required**
- 3 to 4 years of experience handling and managing the sales
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
- Ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to problems
- MBA or equivalent
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
