Lead Generation Specialist

Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years
Industry Requirement: Prior experience in an IT services or IT staffing company
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for IT services and staff augmentation projects.
- Execute targeted outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calling to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Use Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar prospecting tools to research and acquire decision-maker contacts.
- Manage end-to-end lead nurturing activities, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion support for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align lead generation strategy with quarterly targets.
- Analyze lead quality, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to optimize outreach efficiency.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new client segments and business opportunities.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in lead generation, prospecting, and IT services/Staff Augmentation outreach.
- Hands-on expertise with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, research capability, and execution-driven approach.
- Ability to work with KPIs, meet weekly/monthly lead targets, and drive measurable results.
- Good understanding of IT services, technologies, and project-based resource requirements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
