**Job description**:
**Position Overview**: The CRM Coordinator for Admissions Management is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored for university admissions.

**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- **System Administration**: Manage the day-to-day operations of the admissions CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user access.
- **Customization and Configuration**: Customize and configure the CRM system to meet the specific needs and workflows of the university's admissions processes.
- **Integration Management**: Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to integrate the CRM system with other university systems and tools, such as the student information system and communication platforms.
- **User Training and Support**: Provide training and support to admissions staff and other users of the CRM system to ensure efficient utilization and troubleshooting of system-related issues.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate regular reports and dashboards from the CRM system to analyze admissions trends, track performance metrics, and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously assess and refine admissions processes and workflows in collaboration with stakeholders to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Compliance and Data Security**: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and university policies regarding the handling and security of applicant information within the CRM system.
- **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with admissions counselors, enrollment managers, IT professionals, and other university staff to align CRM strategies with admissions goals and objectives.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years experience preferred in CRM systems management
- Preferred hands on experience with systems like HubSpot, Lead squared, and Meritto (formerly No Paper Forms) - Must hold a degree in B.Tech, B.Sc. or BCA

**Key Skills**: CRM Management, Data Management, Compliance Management, System Administration, Reporting And Analysis, Data Security, CRM. Advance Excel
- Dashboard, Pivot Table etc.

**Location**:

- Kolkata, Salt Lake sector 5.

**Salary**:

- 20-40k in hand
