ECE is also a **TAC (Training, Auditing, and Consulting) firm** delivering innovative and reliable solutions in **mechanical system design advisory, sustainability, and risk management**. Our team of _Practice Engineers_ works both strategically and operationally to provide top-tier consulting services, with a focus on developing efficient and effective engineering practices.We have technical products sell and for that we are looking for Freshers who can join us and grow with us.

**Key responsibilities**
- **Lead generation and prospecting**: Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- **Sales cycle management**: Manage the complete sales process from initial contact to successful deal closure, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Product presentations and demonstrations**: Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations tailored to address the specific needs and challenges of potential clients.
- **Client relationship management**: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.
- **Market intelligence**: Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to strategically position our products and services.
- **Reporting and analysis**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and generate sales reports for management.
- **Team collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on sales strategies, refine messaging, and provide a seamless customer experience.
- **Attend events**: Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

**Required skills and qualifications**
- **Communication skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and persuasive presentation style.
- **Negotiation skills**: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- **Self-motivation**: A high degree of self-motivation, ambition, and determination to succeed in a target-driven, competitive environment.
- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in science(PCM)
