**Designation**: Customer Service officer

**Job Title**: Ecommerce BO - L2

**Process**: Voice Process

**Salary**: 25k CTC per month

Qualifications : Graduates only

**Experience**: Min 1 year of experience in a BPO voice process

Excellent **verbal**communication skills in **English and Hindi**

Proficiency in **typing**(30 words per minute with 85% accuracy)

**Shifts**: 6 days working with 1 rotational off
(Between 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, any 9 hours shift)

**Location**: Marathahalli, Bangalore

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Handle social media voice processes for the ecommerce business.
- Engage with customers through voice communication to address their queries and concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve performance targets.

**Tests to be Conducted (Interview Rounds)**:

- VERSANT - Voice (4)
- AMCAT - 54
- Typing - 30 words with 85% accuracy
- Assessor (Voice assessment, both in English and Hindi)
- Ops Round (Stability checks)

Immediate joiners will be given priority.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
