MrMed is looking for Support Executives to assist our customers in order fulfillment and post‑order support over telephone/ chat channels.

**Location: T Nagar Chennai (Only work from office role)**

**Age Criteria: 20 to 29 years**

**Responsibilities**

  • Handling customers’ query on products or the company via phone calls and chat channels, and making follow‑up outbound calls
  • Initiate calls to converted customers to gather feedback on their experience with MrMed.
  • Make proactive calls to customers to remind them about upcoming refills or service renewals.
  • Single point of contact for order tracking, communication with logistics partners and post sales support to customers
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
  • Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Escalating issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management
  • Document feedback accurately and comprehensively in the CRM system.

**Desired Profile**

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in customer support
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil
  • Should possess a temperament for handling customers with care

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
