We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative **Data Entry & Tele calling Executive** to join our team. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records while acting as a primary point of contact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

**Tele calling & Outreach**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Conduct cold calls or follow-up calls to prospective leads to introduce products/services.
- **Lead Qualification**: Filter and qualify leads based on specific criteria before passing them to the sales team.
- **Customer Support**: Handle inbound inquiries, provide basic product information, and resolve customer grievances.
- **Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate and book meetings or demos for the business development team.

**Data Management**:

- **Database Entry**: Accurately input customer information, call logs, and transaction details into the CRM/MS Excel.
- **Data Cleaning**: Regularly verify and update existing records to ensure the database remains current and error-free.
- **Reporting**: Compile daily or weekly reports on call volume, conversion rates, and data entry progress.
- **Documentation**: Maintain physical or digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.

Skills & Qualifications

**Experience**:0-2 years in tele calling, customer service, or data entry roles.

**Education**:High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

**Typing Speed**:Minimum 30-40 WPM with high accuracy.

**Tech Skills**:Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software.

**Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil & English
