**Position**: Tele Caller

ICFIX is a growing education and services company focused on delivering high-quality training, admissions support, and customer service. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Tele Callers to join our team and play a key role in driving admissions and client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers and explain about our courses and services.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Counsel students/clients over the phone and provide detailed information about admission procedures, fees, and course details.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/Excel sheet.
- Follow up with leads on a regular basis to ensure maximum enrollment.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Provide feedback from customers to the management team for improving services.

**Requirements & Skills**
- Minimum qualification**:12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)**.
- **1-2 years of experience** in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service preferred (freshers can also apply).
- Excellent **communication skills** in English and Tamil (Hindi/Telugu will be an added advantage).
- Good persuasion and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Sheets).
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude, patience, and team spirit.
