Position: Maintenance Associate

**Summary/ Objective**:
To perform breakdown and preventive maintenance work independently as per the schedule. Stock management of spare parts & making purchases as per specifications provided by the Department Head.

**Required Qualification**
- ITI holders/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in Manufacturing Company preferably in process industry.
- Must hold a Government approved Electrician Certificate.
- Basic Computer knowledge.

**Key Skills required**
- Ability to read/ modify electrical diagrams
- Good problem solving skills and diagnosing electrical faults.
- Experience in handling electrical measuring equipment like multimeters, earth testers, oscilloscopes.
- Knowledge of routine electrical installation and maintenance work
- Maintaining and repairing of electrical equipments
- Working knowledge in ladders, scaffolds, roofs etc.
- Operational knowledge of Transformers and circuit breakers, metering systems and DG sets
- Operation and maintenance knowledge of material handling equipment & tools.
- Installation knowledge of office electrical work.
- Basic knowledge of drives /Control circuits and PLCs.
- Maintenance and repair knowledge of Motors and Pumps.
- Knowledge of purchasing maintenance spares and maintaining spare part stores.
- Perform regular breakdown and preventive maintenance work independently as per the schedule.
- Maintenance of all log books related to Maintenance.
- Purchases of spare parts as per the specifications.
- Observing high health and safety standards.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Stock Management of Spare parts.
