Junior Accounts Officer

Reporting to

Accounts Manager

Duties

Handling petty Cash and bank transactions

Preparing Cash Vouchers in tally and excel sheets.

Purchase Bills update in tally.

Making entries in tally software/ERP

Update of Outstanding details statements

Follow up payments from allotted clients

Generating Invoices and credit notes

Project, Rework & Consumable Cost Sheet update periodically

Metric / Report - 100 % Documentation in respected files.

Report - Confirmation report Monthly cross checking with GON, DC and invoices.

Telephone, Electricity Payment through online.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)
