Job Title: Junior Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer

**Location: Bangalore**

**Salary**: INR 20,000 - 25,000 per month

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain high standards of safety and environmental responsibility, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior HSE Officer to join our team in Bangalore.

Position Overview:
As a Junior HSE Officer, you will work closely with the HSE Manager and other team members to implement and maintain effective health, safety, and environmental management systems in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. You will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and monitoring of HSE programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in conducting risk assessments and inspections to identify hazards and unsafe conditions in the workplace.

Support in the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Assist in providing HSE training and inductions for employees to raise awareness and promote safe work practices.

Participate in incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify underlying causes and recommend corrective actions.

Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities, including incident reports, training records, and safety inspections.

Monitor compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Support in the coordination of emergency response drills and procedures to ensure preparedness for potential emergencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HSE concerns and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and regulatory changes in HSE to contribute to the development of effective risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.

Previous experience in a similar role or internship is preferred.

Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Certification in First Aid, Fire Safety, or related areas is an advantage.
