**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in executing the **NPD lifecycle**, including ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
- Conduct **market research** and analyze trends to identify product opportunities.
- Work with vendors for sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and innovative ingredients.
- Coordinate **lab trials, stability testing, consumer testing, and packaging validation**.
- Ensure compliance with **regulatory, safety, and quality standards**.
- Maintain and update the **NPD pipeline tracker** to monitor project timelines.
- Support costing, pricing analysis, and provide inputs for **margin optimization**.
- Collaborate with **marketing, brand, procurement, and supply chain** teams for smooth product rollouts.
- Track **post-launch performance** and collect consumer feedback for improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Science, Cosmetics, Pharma, Engineering, or related field**.
- 3 years+ of experience in **NPD, R&D, or product development** (FMCG, personal care, or wellness preferred).
- Knowledge of **formulation, packaging, and product testing**.
- Familiarity with **regulatory standards and quality compliance**.
- Strong coordination, research, and project management skills.
- Passion for consumer trends, innovation, and product design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
