Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative NPD Executive to support the end-to-end product development process. The role involves driving new product initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely execution while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in executing the full NPD lifecycle: ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new product opportunities.
- Work closely with vendors for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and innovative ingredients.
- Coordinate lab trials, stability testing, consumer testing, and packaging validation.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality compliance standards.
- Maintain and update the NPD pipeline tracker to monitor progress and timelines.
- Support costing, pricing analysis, and provide insights for margin optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, procurement, and supply chain teams for seamless product rollouts.
- Track post-launch performance and gather consumer feedback to drive improvements.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Science, Cosmetics, Pharma, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NPD, R&D, or product development (FMCG, personal care, or wellness preferred).
- Strong knowledge of formulation, packaging, and product testing methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, safety, and quality compliance.
- Excellent coordination, research, and project management skills.
- Passion for consumer trends, innovation, and product design.
