NPD Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in executing the NPD lifecycle, including ideation, formulation, prototyping, testing, and launch.

· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify product opportunities.

· Work with vendors for sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and innovative ingredients.

· Coordinate lab trials, stability testing, consumer testing, and packaging validation.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

· Maintain and update the NPD pipeline tracker to monitor project timelines.

· Support costing, pricing analysis, and provide inputs for margin optimization.

· Collaborate with marketing, brand, procurement, and supply chain teams for smooth product rollouts.

· Track post-launch performance and collect consumer feedback for improvements.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Science, Cosmetics, Pharma, Engineering, or related field.

· 3 years+ of experience in NPD, R&D, or product development (FMCG, personal care, or wellness preferred).

· Knowledge of formulation, packaging, and product testing.

· Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality compliance.

· Strong coordination, research, and project management skills.

· Passion for consumer trends, innovation, and product design.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
